Shipping policy

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package.

Returns & Store Credit Policy

Due to the nature of our wellness products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@juicedupwellness.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved claims will receive store credit for the value of the affected item(s). Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
